Q:How do I create an account on WiftHub?
Click the "Join Free" button in the top navigation. Choose your account type (Buyer, Seller, or Both), enter your email and password, and you're ready to start! No email verification is required to browse products.
Q:Is WiftHub free to use?
Yes! Creating an account, browsing products, and communicating with suppliers/buyers is completely free. There are no monthly fees or subscription charges. We aim to make B2B trading accessible to everyone.
Q:How do I contact a supplier?
Navigate to any product page or supplier profile and click the "Contact Supplier" button. This opens the messaging system where you can send messages, request quotes, and discuss business terms directly.
Q:Can I be both a buyer and a seller?
Absolutely! Select "Both" as your account type during registration or change it anytime in Dashboard β Settings. This gives you access to both buying and selling features.
Q:How are suppliers verified?
All sellers complete a verification process including business registration checks, contact verification, and identity confirmation. Verified suppliers have badges on their profiles.
Q:What currencies does WiftHub support?
WiftHub supports 6 major currencies: USD ($), EUR (β¬), INR (βΉ), GBP (Β£), CNY (Β₯), and JPY (Β₯). Select your preferred currency from the dropdown in the top navigation. All prices automatically convert!
Q:How do I change my account type?
Navigate to Dashboard β Settings and change your account type between Buyer, Seller, or Both at any time. Changes take effect immediately and unlock different features.
Q:What is MOQ?
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity - the smallest order a supplier will accept. This varies by product and supplier. You'll see the MOQ listed on every product page.
Q:How do I list products as a seller?
First, set your account type to "Seller" or "Both" in Settings. Then go to Dashboard β Products β Add New Product. Fill in product details, upload images, set pricing and MOQ, then publish. Your products are immediately visible to buyers!
Q:Can I save products and suppliers for later?
Yes! Click the heart icon on any product card or supplier profile to save them. Access your saved items from Dashboard β Saved Products or Dashboard β Saved Suppliers.
Q:How do I track my orders?
Buyers can track orders from Dashboard β Orders. Sellers manage incoming orders from Dashboard β Seller Orders. Each order shows status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered) and tracking information.
Q:What is a storefront?
A storefront is your digital showroom on WiftHub. Sellers can customize it with company images, descriptions, certifications, and product showcase. Build yours from Dashboard β Storefront.
Q:How do I enable dark mode?
Click the sun/moon toggle icon in the top navigation bar. Your preference is automatically saved and applies across the entire platform.
Q:Can I edit or delete my products?
Yes! Navigate to Dashboard β Products, find your product, and click "Edit" to modify details or "Delete" to remove it. Changes take effect immediately.
Q:How do messaging and notifications work?
Access messages from the Messages icon in the top navigation (shows unread count). Notifications appear in Dashboard β Notifications. You can customize notification preferences in Settings.
