1. Creating Your Account
How to Sign Up
- Click "Join Free" in the top right corner of any page
- Choose Your Account Type:
- Buyer: If you want to purchase products from suppliers
- Seller: If you want to list and sell your products
- Both: If you want to buy AND sell (most flexible option)
- Enter Your Details: Provide email address and create a secure password
- Start Exploring: You can browse immediately - no email verification required!
Pro Tip:
Choose "Both" as your account type for maximum flexibility. You can always adjust this later in Settings.

Is WiftHub free to use?
Yes! Creating an account, browsing products, and communicating with suppliers is completely free. There are no monthly fees or subscription charges.
Can I change my account type later?
Absolutely! Go to Dashboard → Settings and change your account type between Buyer, Seller, or Both at any time.
How do I contact a supplier?
Click any product to view details, then use the "Contact Supplier" button. You can also visit a supplier's profile and message them directly.
Are suppliers verified?
Yes, all sellers go through verification including business registration checks. Look for verification badges on supplier profiles.
How does pricing work?
Sellers list prices in USD. You can select your preferred currency, and all prices automatically convert using current exchange rates.
What is MOQ?
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity - the smallest order a supplier will accept. This varies by product and supplier.
