1. Application:
It's used for straining the material of natural or reclaimed rubber out.
It can also be used to strain vamp glue and inner tire compound.
2. Feature:
(1). Screw form double threads, equal pitch and depth
(2). Match a single head or cutter head with hydraulic tightening
(3). Jacketed type barrel can be cooled for cooling the rubbers effectively.
(4) Smoothly running and high output.
(5) Equipped with die-head auto opening system when electric power is cut off.
3. Structure of the rubber strainer
(1). The rubber strainer consists of end, body, screw, reducer,
Coupling, motor, hydraulic head, base, water (steam) pipe and cabinet, etc.
(2). There is groove between the body and bush for running the steam or cooling water. The
Bush is replaceable. At the rear part, there is a square feed hopper. The material is pressed into the
Head through the screen by rotating of screw.
(3). The gear ring of head is quick-lock bayonet type with hydraulic opening.
