The Cell Culture Flask , also called the canted neck bottle, is a cell consumable suitable for medium-scale cell and tissue culture in the laboratory.
According to the different types of cultured cells, it is divided into TC hydrophilic surface (suitable for adherent cells) and non-TC hydrophobic surface (suitable for suspended cells). There are two types of bottle caps: seal cap and vent cap. The vent cap has a 0.2μm hydrophobic filter membrane, which provides sterile gas exchange and reduces the risk of contamination. It is mainly used for open culture and is widely used in cell culture technology centers.
