Ingredients: 100% pure mango pulp from sound, ripe mangoes (Mangifera indica L.). No added sugar, water, preservatives, colors, or flavors.

Process: Selected ripe mangoes → washed → peeled → destoned → sieved (fine mesh, typically 0.5–1 mm) → homogenized → thermally processed (aseptic) → packed under sterile conditions.

Form: Homogeneous, smooth puree, free from peel, seeds, fibers, or foreign matter.

Intended Use: For reconstitution into juices, nectars, beverages, ice creams, yogurts, bakery fillings, and desserts.
